You agree that any legal proceedings arising from or connected to these Terms or your use of the tra777 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing in this Section limits tra777's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
